Activation of 32,000 square feet of dormant ground floor retail space at the Martinique to create positive cash flow and aid in the securitization of debt to close the sale of the property.
Result
In under 90 days, Vantage Real Estate Advisors and Andy Kim exceeded expectations by securing several leases with best-in-class tenants which then allowed Burnett Equities (ownership) to close on the property in an expeditious manner.
The new tenant mix, including Press Club Grill by Chef Franklin Becker, will act as an amenity to hotel guests and a future main-stay in the Nomad District as the neighborhood evolves.
